SEC Notice

Is BitBulls Compliant with the SEC?

No actual trading of securities occurs on BitBulls, so we are not required to comply with SEC regulations. The individual on the other end of each 'trade' is the owner of BitBulls. No actual stocks or securities are being traded. When you place a trade you are essentially betting on the value of the asset to go up or down, with the owner of BitBulls on the other end of the bet. So BitBulls operates more like a casino. We don't believe anyone has the ability to predit the market - whether individuals or high level wall street traders - so we make our profits on the % fee we charge for each 'trade.' This % fee can be considered our 'house edge.' Because no actual trading occurs, no SEC rules are violated.
